Hello, I worked for an FMCG for more than 2 years and resigned due to my family problems in the month of March. I have taken a loan from the company which I repaid somewhat late in the month of July itself. However, until now, I have not been given a relieving and experience letter. They replied to me saying it takes some time. I also received a Bonus letter and was asked to fill it in and send it to the company, which I did 20 days before. But, until now, they have not relieved me. I even handed over my territory to a new candidate before I left. What might be the reason for the delayed issuance of the relieving letter?

It happens in some organizations that the process becomes slower in these terms. By following them, you should receive all the official documents, maybe in a week.

Thanks,
Deepa
