i am working in a automobile industry and my company registered under factory act.my quarry is that Is salary slip should provide monthly basis is a employees right? or if an employee demanded payinslip then only provided?
please help me on this my company depositing salary every moth end without fail but only demanded employees getting salary slip regularly.

It is mandatory under Minimum Wages Act if minimum wages are fixed for the employees by the app govt. Varghese Mathew

Hi Sree,
This is very common in companies especially Small Scale industries and company run by propritor who do not wish to give your salary slip for various devlish reasons.
Apart from baing manadotory as highlighted by @Mathew, you will be surprised to note that such practices are in practiced by so many companies without any fear. And this is but due to the pathetic condition our so called custodians of Labor Ministry is suppose to do for us, we sevrice class employees.
My suggestion to you:
1. Everymonth ensure you and other staff, demand your salary slip without fail.
2. Create awarness amongst your staff, that its their right to get the salary slip when salary is deposited.
3. Ensure that this issues is discussed and debated loudly especially during office meetings and also during waste hours in office.
4. Ensure all leaders (TL, Managers etc), are bombarded on this request every week without fail.
5. Ensure that once a month atleast 3 employees write a request to CEO/GM/whosoever incharge, about this issues and ask them for their intervention with your HR/Finance dept.
6. Last and but not the least; Don't give up, Laws are made for our protection...but it needs Leaders like you to make thos Laws "Act on our behalf".
