Dear all,
As I mentioned above, I am facing a problem in getting a job in HR due to having 6 years of experience in production, even though I completed an MBA in HR in 2010 from Bharti Vidyapeeth. Currently, I am jobless, but I am well-updated with all HR activities and administrative functions.
Please, somebody help me.

Have you been without a job for 3 years? The question is why. Are you setting your expectations too high? Kindly give a lot more information about your background to help experts give you precise advice rather than some general advice.

Until 30th April 2013, I worked in the production department. However, I completed my MBA in HR in 2010. The previous employer had informed me that I would be appointed as an HR officer from 2012 onwards. Due to this commitment, I continued working in production until 30th April 2013.
