Can someone tell me, are we required to pay any monthly fees / salary to the committee member from Third party NGO? in the act it is mentioned that we can pay fees of cost incurred for holding any proceedings by that member, which is fair, but if organisations will give monthly salary, in that case her decision could be biased.
