Hello Everybody
I am working with a company since last 6 month. Due to soe resone i want to leave this company as i dont get salry on time dont have any work here, just have to show employer that m doing some work.There is nothng to learn here please lots of restriction and ploitics . but the thing is here having bond of 2 yr.If you are leaving company before to yr you will have to pay 2 months salary.And the main thing is they are having my qualification original documents. What can be dome to re leave properly from the company with my original documents.

Thanks for your post and you need to be careful while writing as there are many mistakes.
In India no organization is allowed to collect original documents except for verification purpose.
How many years of experience do you have and in which field?
I would request you inform this to your department head and discuss in detail. Definitely he/she will help you and you cannot say there is nothing to learn. No one will tell you how to learn and you have to make ways of learning.
I would advise you to be loyal to your profession not organization. Hope this may help you.

I am working as and HR and Admin my over all exp is Approx 2.7 yr..I started working with a small Software Development Firm can say under proprietorship. Was working there for approx 2 yr.I use to take care of entire recruitment and administration activities. before 6 month I got a change to work with my current company which is a limited company. When i joined this company I was the only HR, My senior was on leave coz of some personal reason. For 3- 4 month I handled all the things. In which learned many new things. But now my senior is back and am not given any work to do. There are many other issues because which even the other employee are frustrated and wan leave the organisation. The only reason we all are working here is just coz we have submitted our original documents.Please suggest me some solution so that i can leave the company but with our documents.
