I am going to join a manufacturing unit of edible mustard oil in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The company has assigned me the role of HR officer there. Prior to my arrival, there was no HR department or any HR professionals. The working staff used to handle all HR functional activities manually through conventional processes.
They have requested me to establish an entire HR model there. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in this matter.
