I am working as an HR in a B-grade call center, in which management has planned to start PF, ESI, and other allowances for the employees. I am the only HR in this company, so I have to take care of all the HR operations. In our company, a total of 20 agents are working. Can anyone suggest to me how to start and where to start the process?
