Dear ABC, As Per Factory Act 1948, Women worker & child Labour(worker) not allowed to work from 7:00PM to 6:00AM. Incase of if any employer employed the employer meets with offtences.

You will need approval of the factory inspector / labour commissioner to employ women in night shift.
You will need to prove that they are secure and that pick up and drop off facilities are provided to residences. Further, I think the decision to work in night shift has to be voluntary, can not be mandatory
