Hello Latha,
I have conducted two types of programs exclusively for women. One is exclusively for working women in Naval Organization. The problems are rather generic for women. Like, health hazards at the age of 40s, child rearing, stress at office and at home, stress due to improper communication skills, stress due to lack of interpersonal skills etc. The other is empowering women has more of a legal tinge; how women suffer due to illiteracy, ignorance of law foolish loyalty to traditions etc. Both the programs included experts from the relevant subjects.
