Dear All,
One of our lady employee has applied for Maternity Leave for 3 months and her leave has granted by the management.
As per our HR practice, employees are entitled to get 32 days leave annually, is she supposed to get this leave separately, or it can be included with her maternity leave.

Dear Chakraborty,
first of all you should know about the type of leave, like- CL, EL, SL, Maternity Leave, so maternity & other leave are saparate.
so you have to give her 32 days leave other then maternity leave.
