I work for a BPO company. I have a background in Engineering and an MBA in HR. I started as a fresher and am about to complete 3 years. I am interested in transitioning to an IT company and working in the HR field. I would be grateful if anyone could provide information on available courses and guidance on entering the IT industry. Since you are in an ITES company, you may transition into an IT company with this background. However, I do not visualize many opportunities for HR in IT companies besides recruitment and rewards. I suggest exploring roles in retail, manufacturing, or banking for a broader scope. Consider taking short-term courses in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, or soft skills development as these areas significantly impact business operations and employee relations.
