Hi all,I was working in a frachisee owned hotel with an international branding.I joined on 1st sept2012 worked till 28feb 2013.I did not get any appointment letter inspire of regular follow up with hr.I resigned on 18th feb 2013 and served a notice period of 10 days.but when I went to take the clearance 2days back they have deducted my salary for 20 days with out any intimation.i requested for my salary and now they r saying the hr has changed and it is my mistake that I did not get the appointment letter. Now they r saying they will not give me any letterswhich they promised at the time of resignation. What can I do. I have the payslups of 6 months and fnf settlement paper also.please advice. Rajni
