Dear All,
Sharing herewith Salary breakup prepared by me for salary Rs. 42000 pm. Salary prepared for sales manager position and we won't be giving any sort of incentive besides this. I wish to get your valuable feedback on same so as to make this breakup employee friendly. Pl suggest if something better than this could be done further..

Salary break up is perfectly O.K. It is up to the employer to keep his share of PF limited to 780 or actual 12% of basic salary. (AK GUPTA)
