For the 1st time in my company i have to implement Performance appraisal process,
I am having following doubts to implement it,
How many times the appraisal should give per a Year,...........?
In which Months we have to appraise salary.......?
Which Method is best.......? MBO, 360 Degrees or self appraisal..........?
Please provide Formats also, so it can help me to understand the process easily.

Even Aware not of Performance Appraisal but i am trying to give reply on your posting
1. Performance Appraisal will happens once in HR
2. You can do it January or Financial Year Staring
3. Go with MBO.

If interested, you can initiate request for a live demo. This will probably meet all your requirements since the IT company offering this solution is using it for their own employees too for the last 3 years.
