Until recently I have came across a training institute in Hyderabad in HR resource management dealing in Statuary laws, HR admin functions, payroll administration, independently handling departments etc. The duration of the course is one month and I have been to his institute in the afternoon and found that he teachings are OK and he also mentioned me that I can do consultancy business in ESI & PF related matters.
request all the members in this forum to give their valuable advise should I go for it or not

Coverage of employees under PF & ESI has been quite wide now and almost all employees including those working under contractors are also being covered by establishments. You are also aware that until recently these statutory coverages have been in hard copy formats and most of the companies had to go through the process of compiling data in hard form and submitting. But now everything has been made online including monthly returns and I am not sure whether you will get a sizeable business as you intend to start up now. On the other hand if you take up payroll processing which companies are willing to outsource it could be lucarative. But you need to conversant with payroll packages and its features. In my opinion if you take up payroll processing which is being charged at a fixed cost per employee by companies will be beneficial.

As Mr Kannan said , ESI and EPF become online. Still some small companies needed expert services. Make your self comforrtable with ESI and EPF online procedures and do your own consultancy services with minimal perhead rates , and the same should be very confortable to small companies.
