Dear All HR Friends,
I have come to know that many of our HR friends are facing difficulties in obtaining the new revised Form No. 27. I am attaching the NEW FORM NO.-27- ANNUAL MAHARASHTRA FACTORY ACT RETURN FORMAT herewith. I hope this will alleviate the tension and make legal/statutory compliance easier, allowing you to enjoy your HR work.

Hi Ganesh,
This Excel sheet is really useful. Thanks for providing it.
Could you please clarify if there is an upper limit on the number of hours an employee can work per week?
Additionally, I would like to know how many fire extinguishers should be present in the factory. Are there any specific regulations based on the factory's area?
Is there a guideline regarding the number of toilets and latrines required based on the factory's size?
Thank you.
Best,
Pooja

Hi, can anyone explain to me if, when applying FAR 27 in Maharashtra state, one can use fractional figures for mandays worked during the year and average number of men and women employed daily, or should we have to round those figures? Please guide me because in my case, both figures are coming in decimals.
