Hi all,

Can someone assist me with an innovative format for a new employee introduction email? Please suggest some ideas. Also, could you provide different questions that can be asked to the new joiners at the time of joining?

For new hires, you may always ask them to elaborate on their experience. According to their tenure, ask them about some good experiences & bad experiences they have faced. What do they expect from the organization? How do they envisage their future in the company? These are a few topics to discuss.

Thank you.

Hi,

Post-joining feedback is different from the introductory emails you are looking for. In case there is a company intranet, one can upload details of the new joiners or alternatively send a mailer with information such as: photograph, education, skills, experience, hobbies, previous employers, family details, and a motivational line from the employee themselves which may have become their personal tagline.

Most good organizations practice feedback at 7, 30, 60, and 90 days after joining.
