Please find a PowerPoint presentation on sales management. I have designed this presentation specifically to assist newly promoted sales managers, particularly the first-line managers who truly require guidance to succeed in their new role. In my personal experience, salespeople are often promoted to sales manager without adequate sales training, leading to the organization losing a good salesperson and hiring an ineffective sales manager. I am confident that all newly promoted first-line sales managers will find my efforts aligned with their needs. Please provide your feedback to help me assist you better in the future.

Thanks, Gopal. As you move up from Area Sales Manager to Zonal Sales Manager, you require additional skills in order to perform. I will post a PowerPoint presentation on the transition from ASM to ZSM as desired by you. However, I will be able to do it by 15th January as I am busy with a training program until the 15th.

Dear Sir,

This is one of the best presentations for sales managers. Without any hesitation, through self-teaching, they can become successful sales managers.

I found one of the interesting points you mentioned in the presentation, which is to find a salesperson who is not a job hopper. I disagree with this point because a successful manager should promote his salespersons to help them secure better positions within the same company.

Thank you for your appreciation. I agree with you that sales managers should identify talent available in their team and offer career growth to deserving candidates within the organization. If people can find career growth within the same organization, they are less likely to seek job changes. However, job hoppers constitute a different category of people who change jobs frequently, a trait that a sales manager needs to identify when selecting candidates. The right selection of candidates is also one of the prime responsibilities of a sales manager.

This is a great presentation, very grassroots level. Do you have any PowerPoint slides that discuss classroom training and other motivating factors in the life of a salesman? I need to cover the Cradle-to-Grave story of the salesman. This would help clarify things for young people.
