You have listed a few; someone may add a few more. However, I want to understand the most important factor, or you can say the root of all such interventions. What is that? To my understanding, it is the employer's intention/ethics and basic belief that everybody in the organization is human first. Then, all the interventions may be formulated. "Accha insan, accha kaam" (a good human being a good worker). What do you say?
