YES---
According to apbocw act-1996 rules-1999
Sec-7-Reg of Establishment: (1) Every employer shall,-
(a) in relation to an establishment to which this Act applies on its commencement, within a period of sixty days from such commencement.
Employer will register their establishment through form-1 and recepit of the treasury challn to the concrened labour officer (issuing authourity) he will issue form -2 to the establishment.
Employer will pay the cess on cost of the construction not less than 1% not more than 2% to the apbocw board montrhly or quartely, yearly.
employer need to register contract workrs and also their workrs(sUPERVISOR,BOYS) to the apbocw board they will issue id card to the all the workers if any accident happend the board will be paid to the worker.
Now our apbocw board have-800 croes it is for workers who are working in the building and other construction work.
