We got stumped the other day. One of our inspection reports said, "The electrical engineer who is a 11kv supervisor and wireman permit holder shall be appointed for the operation and maintenance of HV electrical installations to ensure they are free from danger." It makes me wonder if there is a list of all such compliance... Where do I find it? Please advise.
