Dear Raghunandan,
Namaste.
To my knowledge issues are personal, hence the conflict from where personal enimity sprouts.
A person is "AHAM" or EGO. If this is under check any kind of enimity has no place.
This does not mean one has to compromise on seemingly untrue issues. The point is on has to accommodate the egos of the other making such issues, because however one tries to point out the truth the other person would not take and make an issue. Such are called Egoistic people. Most of the time 'saatvic' people would't indulge with such people and maintain silence. You know that silence is the best weapon and cure too!
Thanks & regards,
Sarma Duvvuri

Dear Mr Sarma Duvvuri,
Thanks for the nice thoughts from our ancient texts.
Two points flash in my mind.
Agree to Disagree and sign off in peace.
( Do not commit the folly of personal attacks.)
SAATVIC people are aware of the fact that
SPEECH IS SILVER BUT SILENCE IS GOLDEN
