Hi Senior,
I am having a problem in my new company and need advises urgently.
My company have a PRC (aged: 63) who joined in Yr 2008. He was an geomancer master (feng shui master) and he does not have any certificates. He was an commission-based employees and he annual income is around 120k.
In yr 2010, his S-pass appeal was successful but currently his appeal was rejected. The Management is very concern about this as he is the top geomancer in the company.
Is there any way to help him?
Can we walk in to MOM and talk to the officers?
Please help....

Hello,
Of course--you definitely need to approach MoM ASAP--since unless you know the reasons why his EP has been rejected, you can't decide what to do next & what options are available.
Also, I think the Rules of EP have changed in Singapore recently. Suggest First go thru the website of MoM before meeting them in-person.
All the Best.
