Hi all,
To understand the attrition in my organization I did conduct the aptitude test with the existing advisors who are on calls. My main aim is to recruit people who could performa dn stay in organization for longer duration. Hence I choose all category of advisor new - performing, new - nonperforming, and so on with little more tenure and highly tenured. But the results that I get in scattered diagram is wiered since I m not able to analyise appropriately even if i keep changing the weightage for all the categories (logical, arithmetic, abstract, language, data interpretation).
So if any of you have something that I can use pls help me with it.

I would try to make best use of this site.
In addition to this I'm looking for an excel sheet where weightage is predefined for the respective parameters for the tele sales advisor.
