Can anyone suggest me how to make an aptitude test for candidates applying in an IT firm..
How much weightage should be given to mathematics, reasoning, english and please suggest if any more fields need to be added ..
If possible, kindly send a format of the aptitude test..at

Verbal Ability & Communication Skills - 30 Marks
Numerical Ability - 25 Marks
Logical Reasoning & Creative Problem Solving - 25 Marks
Personality Traits - 20 Marks
Total of 100.
