I want to do ISTD Diploma in T&D. However, the course requires an internship. How is it possible if I am doing a full-time job?
I am an MBA HR professional currently engaged in SAP HR and HR Generalist roles in a real estate company. For the advancement of my career, I am looking to pursue the ISTD Diploma course.
Please help me and provide your suggestions.
