I am an HR professional with 7+ years of experience. I am a BE graduate and have completed a 1-year part-time HR course at Welingkar College. This year, I will also complete a distance education MBA from ICFAI. However, to further enhance my career, I am considering pursuing an Executive MBA from TISS. I am unsure if this Executive MBA will benefit my career. I would appreciate your advice on this matter.

Pursue your carreer in your core area, i.e. B.E. MBA is an added advantage. Growth prospects in HR field for Engg professionals is very minimal. regards R.Ponraj

If your employees are not emotionally attached to your organization, how will you succeed?
