Hello, I am an HR professional with 7+ years of experience. I am a BE graduate and have completed a 1-year part-time HR course at Welingkar College. This year, I will also complete a distance education MBA from ICFAI. However, to further enhance my career, I am considering pursuing an Executive MBA from TISS. I am unsure if this Executive MBA will benefit my career. I would appreciate your advice on this matter.
