Here, I have attached a Personnel file creator spreadsheet program that can be helpful to you. This has been designed based on my current company's basic format. The Information tab contains only the information that you input there.
Forms should be printed for maintaining or creating a personnel file. Remember to change your company name and logo in the page setup.

Dear Md Mazharul,
It seems there is a problem with the file. If you can change its language to English, I would be able to understand its contents. Even after changing the font, I am still unable to comprehend it, and the same issue applies to the form sheet as well.
Kindly take the necessary steps to achieve its intended objective and repost.
