Can Anyone tell me About the Statutory Compliance which are performed by a contractor and Principal Employer.What Kind of Forms to be maintained by a principal employer & a contractor .What are limits of Contactual labour applicability in an establishment.

List of compliances to be made by contractor under Contract Labour (R & A) Act, 1970:-
1. Register of Person Employed in Form-XIII
2. Employment Card-Form XIV
3. Service Certificate-FormXV
4. Muster Roll-FormXVI
5. Wage Register-FormXVII
6. Deduction Register-FormXX
7. Overtime Register-FormXXIII
8. Register of Advance-FormXXII
Last but not the least License if deployed 20 or more than 20 person
List of compliance to made by principal Employer
1. Register of Contractor in FormXII
2. Display a notice containing rate of wages, hours of work, wage period, date of payment of wage, name and address of the inspector and date of payment of unpaid wages
3. Issuance a certificate in Form-V to contractor for obtaining license
4. Apply for obtaining Registration Certificate
5.The wages to be disburse by the contractor in the presence of authorized representative of the principal employer
