I need some guidance for my below problems.
I was working as Senior IT executive in a company, but due to some unavoideble situations i resigned from my job without having new job. As per my employment letter one month notice period is required. I left my job on immidiate basis(same day). now i am asking my company to settle my dues, but they are not listning to me(i have asked for the same on phone only). What ways i can do follow ups for the same. After resignation how much days I have to wait for my F & F?

Dear Mr. Vinay Gor,

I do not understand that when you have trouble working, why is that you can't inform your HR before leaving? Employees don't realize the pain of HR recruiting the candidates without more ado. However, resignation alone wouldn't be a sufficient word for getting your F&F. You need to get resignation accepted by your employer and the importance of "Notice Period" is to find a suitable candidate to replace you and that is how they ensue situations.

We now have different circumstances here, if you left the job in the mid of the month, you are not entitled for any pay. If you have worked for that month completely, your monthly salary may be premediated. Although if the employer incurs any sort of losses from your "Serve a Month", you may be asked for "Pay a Month" and do your F&F.

"Pay a Month" depends upon Company to Company. Some might ask to pay the basic from your salary and others may have get it in big. Check with your employer and do it accordingly.

P.S: Do not forget to take your resignation acceptance or Relieving. Utmost crucial papers of endurance.

My company HR dept also knows all the facts and not only HR entire company including our CMD knows everything. My company is having monthly salary process 16.07.12 to 15.08.12 as a month. so i have worked for a compete month. Company has appointed a new person and i have visited my office to give training to him(i have written mail to my HRM about all details of training i have given). Also I am helping them over phone for where ever they finding problems.

Dear Vinay Gor,
no problem if you have immidiately left your job then you are liable to pay one month salary to the company That is the notice period conditions, after they will give you your full & final.
