I request you to shed some light on the transfer of employment to another group company for two years. In this case, the host company will arrange the work visa and provide all benefits.

My queries are:
1. How to make the final settlement, including paying gratuity, in India?
2. Can the employee continue his PF (Provident Fund) after returning with the same account number?
3. What are the other requirements?
