Please advise me on minimum how many days of earned leave can be taken at a time. Heard that earned leave cannot be taken as half day or 1 day, but can be taken only as a minimum of 2 days. Is this right?

Yes half el can not be taken but one el can be taken so minimum one el can be taken by a employee who is eligible
