I heard the Factory License Fees has been revised and it has got doubled from the present fees w.e.f. 01.04.2012.
I need to know for applying for a fresh license in my company for 2012 & 2013.
Can any one forward the G.O. copy with License Fee Chart.
It will be very much useful for me if I get a charter in Excel or PDF or in any format so that I can use it for my further proceeding.

According to My knowledge, first You have to submit Form No. 2 in Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories. Along with that List of Machineries, Consent orders, List of Directors(Triplicate), Licence fee (amount would be variable depending upon the Manpower and Horse Power). For your reference i herewith attached Form No.2.
