I heard that the factory license fees have been revised, and it has doubled from the present fees with effect from 01.04.2012. I need to know the procedure for applying for a fresh license for my company for 2012 and 2013. Can anyone forward the Government Order copy along with the License Fee Chart? It would be very helpful for me to have the chart in Excel, PDF, or any other format so that I can use it for my further proceedings.

According to my knowledge, first you have to submit Form No. 2 to the Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories. Along with that, you need to provide a list of machineries, consent orders, a list of directors (triplicate), and the license fee (the amount would vary depending upon the manpower and horsepower). For your reference, I have attached Form No. 2 herewith.
