Do you conduct workshops in Mumbai only? I would really appreciate it if you could explain what aspects of stress management you would cover in the workshop and what kind of techniques are demonstrated/explained. Also, where (in corporates) have you conducted such workshops? I would be glad if you could provide a little more information about your workshops on stress management.

We deliver workshops titled “Stress Management through Sahaja Yoga Meditation” in various corporate, communities, educational institutes etc. Sahaja Yoga is a simple, yet a very powerful and effective technique of Meditation, introduced in 1970 by Dr. Nirmala Devi Srivastava. Today it is practiced in over 120 countries across the globe.
Sahaja Yoga relieves stress and helps heal ourselves and our organizations. We have conducted these sessions in various corporates including KPMG, Morgan Stanley and TCS.
The session typically includes “Guided Meditation”. No special clothing or seating arrangement is required.
Sample program schedule of duration 1 hour, that can be customized based on requirements:
1. Welcome 2 minutes
2. Stress Management Audio Visual 13 mins
3. Brief Explanation 15 mins
4. Excerpts from Dr. Nirmala Devi’s talk 5 mins
5. Guided Meditation 20 mins
6. Q&A and Feedback form 5 mins
All Sahaja Yoga mediation programs are offered free of charge, throughout India & Worldwide.
Support we need from your end will be a LCD projector and multimedia speaker. Will send an Activity sheet for which you can take printouts on a4 size paper.
