I have been selected at HCL Technologies through the campus recruitment drive. I am encountering an issue with the background verification process. I had provided details of my improvement exam for class 12 in the joining form. However, at college, I submitted my original class 12 mark sheet. Consequently, the background verification officials requested more information about my senior secondary school. To address this, I have submitted my passing certificate, original class 12 mark sheet, as well as the improvement mark sheet.
I am concerned whether the use of the improvement exam results will have any negative impact on my joining process. Can you please suggest what steps I can take in this situation?
