b) Design and Development Inputs.
c) Design and Development Outputs
d) Design and Development Review
e) Design and Development Verification
f) Design and Development Validation
g) Control of Design and Development Changes
which i need to develop these in my organization so please help me out.

Please think of your process and make your own designs. The designs are based on two things. One the convenience and usability of the user and the support it can provide to the next process person and also for traceability.
If you use standard forms, you may miss out many required information and the ISO system may not be effective.
Build your system based on the ISO principles, and go in for ISO 9001:2008 certification and not change your system to suit the manuals of ISO 9001:2008 done in some other organizations.
As a practitioner of ISO and a member of the ISO certification body, I suggest this to you.
