in SYSTEM ADMIN Tab:
DATABASE BACKUP: On click of this button, a backup of your database ret<<estt id>>.mdb file will be created and will be stored in a BACKUP folder in the C Drive with the date of taking backup.
From the backup folder you can copy the file and keep at another location as additional backup. Further whenever you add some data you can take a backup.
