Dear Senthil,
Risk assessment is a step in a risk management procedure. Risk assessment is the determination of the quantitative or qualitative value of risk related to a concrete situation and a recognized threat (also called a hazard). Quantitative risk assessment requires calculations of two components of risk (R): the magnitude of the potential loss (L), and the probability (p) that the loss will occur. In all types of engineering of complex systems, sophisticated risk assessments are often made within Safety Engineering and Reliability Engineering when it concerns threats to life, the environment, or machine functioning.
I don't think there is a separate Risk Assessment (RA) format for the Auto industry. However, please see the attached RA format. You may want to research on our site as well; you will get more information on this topic.
Keep on sharing.

Dear Senthil,
Mr. Raghu has correctly answered your post. The risk assessments are generic. Companies have to evolve the procedure and format to suit the type of hazards. The intention is to bring down the risk to less than an acceptable limit.
Thanks & Regards,
