But i want to know that if any employee getting gross salary more than 15000/, is he liable to pay own contribution or is employer is liable to pay employer contribution. because there is no benefit after getting more salary then 15000/-.

Sandeep the LWF is paid for all employee and not just for the employee having salary less than 15000. The benefits are only available based on their monthly wages.
Maharashtra LWF I am not aware if they have changed lately.
