Hi there,
Though these exams are relevant to government bodies, most private companies do not recognize them as an initial qualification. However, yes, you can add this to your CV as an additional tool to impress the employer with your analytical and logical skills.

But doesn't this put the employer into suspicion that he will leave whenever he gets the government job? UPSC and SSC are the exams that indicate the candidates' aspirations for government jobs.

Thank you for your kind reply. I will make the situation a lot clearer. Actually, I am a 2009-10 B.Tech ECE passout. I was preparing for competitive exams but couldn't secure a position in the final merit. Now, I am getting older, so I decided to work for an e-commerce company. However, after 3 months, I was laid off due to downsizing of the company. The issue is that I was working in a senior position in a multi-functional domain, namely operations, marketing, and client management, but as a fresher, they were paying me really low.
The problem now is that I am not receiving any calls for fresher jobs due to my age and because my experience makes me unsuitable for low-paying jobs. I have been able to get calls from good MNCs, but they have concerns about my limited experience. I feel like I am stuck in the middle of nowhere, and my career seems to have ended before it even properly began. Therefore, I request seniors to guide me through this tough situation.

Please continue in the current position. Alternatively, you will have to add some new qualifications to your credentials to enhance your candidacy. This will make you more competitive in the job market.
Hope I am clear.
