Dear All
As per W.C act to deposite compensation in case of death with in 30 days in Labour court.
But due to circumtances it is delay to deposite (06 day delay)
what is the legal implication for such delay?

You have to pay simple interest at the rate of 12% per annum or such higher rates as per the lending rates of scheduled banks.
I hope the matter is with Workmen Compensation Commissioner and not with Labour Court.
