I don't mean to offend, but why would you need a PPT for something as basic as this?
Why are you not able to speak to the people or persons directly or through their managers? I agree that this needs to be handled a little delicately - but why a PPT is required is beyond me.

Hi Ryan,
Appreciate your views. But here in manufacturing Company where I am working there are more than 2500 workers and they have just started Training & Development Department for workers training.
Now if I have some Basics and even unique ideas for the same then and then only I can give then Justice!
So though this kind of PPT or any material I can collect view/ideas from the different sources..
Thats what I need...I hope if some one has.
