Can you guide me about HR Audit Courses in India? I would like to do the same as my organization wants me to conduct audits of the regional HR offices. I have been working in the HR department for the last 8 years, mainly in a generalist role.

- Worldwide responsible apparel production
- Social Accountability 8000
- Ethical Trading Initiative
The manuals are exhaustive yet self-explanatory. Even then, if you have any queries, please feel free to ask. I have worked with BVQI/SGS, etc., in this field in 2006.

One important addition: buyer compliances are based on labor laws alone.
Some of the buyers even dilute/weaken the position of the law as they may not hold much bargaining power. Don't spend a single minute on reading buyer compliance manuals, simply refer to WRAP/SA 8000, etc.
