Can anyone kindly suggest any format to report accident to Labour Commisioner's office under BOCW act.
Secondly both the factory Inspectors' office and Labour Office is asking us to report all accidents to them what needs to be done in such case, our company is under construction phase now and only civil and mechanical work is going on and no manufacturing is under process.
