Gujarat Minimum Wages: 1st Oct 2015 to 31st Mar 2016
Dear all,
The Gujarat Government has reduced the per day Dearness Allowance by 0.10 to 0.020 Paisa per day. The new Dearness Allowance rates are as follows:
Employment Category
DA Per Day
Sweeping/Cleaning Work
Rs. 15.60
Brick Manufacturing/Jari Work/Ready-made Garment/Tailoring/Salt Work/Tobacco/Cigarette Manufacturing
Rs. 97.80
Apart from the above categories, Agarbatti Manufacturing and other categories such as Shop & Establishment/Hotel & Restaurant, etc.
Rs. 10.30

As per the attached circular of the Gujarat State Govt, the last line indicating the rate of daily Dearness Allowance (DA) is missing. Could you please provide information on the new DA rate effective from 01.10.15 as per the Minimum Wage Act?
