What I want is a brief of all the acts or short notes on bare acts like Factories Act, Bonus act, PF act etc.
Whatever material I have got on net is extensive. Hence was looking for something concise.

Yes you are right. I am in need of provisions of labour laws (details like various statutory approvals to be obtained and intimations to be made in advance to various statutory authorities) and HR activities to be carried out before establishment of a factory at Tamil Nadu.

Hello V N Rao Sir,
See first of you have to register yourself under factories act....
Rest if it is a private company under companies act, 1956, get MOA and AOA prepared and register your company with the registrar of companies...
Regarding the provisions of labour law, it also depends upon the size of the factory...means persons employed...
You may buy a book on labour law...go through it because it is not possible to mention all the provisions of labour law...
This will help you to learn detail provisions as the owner you must know them...
