I would like to introduce myself as a Manager - Talent Acquisition for a telecom company.
My question or the concept is figuring out how to reduce cost to recruitment.
I am currently bearing a huge cost by outsourcing the recruitment to vendors. as we all know the vendors themselves currently use portals and all.
Any suggestions on this please.

I can understand your challenge,Kevin.Many Companies are struggling.It is the
One of the hidden costs of Recruitment is the cost of recruiting wrong Talent.when the wrong person is placed it keeps affecting the overall performance of the company & colleagues.
Either the person leaves or is asked to go....
This leads to further cost of recruiting replacement,Training etc.
A lot of time is also is wasted in this.
Much of this can be avoided by selecting the best possible Candidate.However a direct interview has limitations in identifying the Best candidate and also has the possibility of personal bias of the interviewer.
An objective way of identifying the best fit is by performance assessment tools.

have you tried Resumefox? we hv to some extent stopped depending on the external recruiters. we keep building our own database from the portals. this software is pretty good for that and searching quickly, forwarding to others etc.
