I am Nazia Nisha. I have completed my MBA with an HR specialization from Pune. I am a fresher currently residing in Delhi. I am actively seeking a good job where I can learn and enhance my knowledge. Despite attending numerous interviews, I have been facing challenges securing a job in the HR field due to lack of work experience and references. I humbly request your assistance as I am encountering difficulties.
Could you please provide me with some guidelines for interviews? Additionally, I am in need of notes on HR, particularly the HR definition in simple terms, the roles of HR, the recruitment and selection process, understanding perception, the Johari Window and its application, as well as insights on KRA, KPA, KSA, KPI, and their significance in practice. I completed my MBA in 2009; however, due to medical reasons, I had to return to my hometown during campus selections.
I sincerely ask for your help and guidance. Your practical knowledge and insights would be highly appreciated. I am feeling frustrated and losing hope, and your assistance would mean a lot to me. I am grateful for your support and would appreciate any notes or advice you can provide.
