Dear Seniors,
This is Mohan working in MSME industry, already we are providing ESIC benefit to all of our employees and now we planned to provide some mediclaim policy for some employees in way of gratifying them.
I gave this idea to My Boss. He asked me to proceed over this.
but I know little bit about this mediclaim.
so please help me in few on below.
1) My decision is correct or not?
2) Is it worth-able ?
3) To where i have to contact regarding this.
4) what about its maturity period ?

Dear Mr. Mohan,
1) Yes, your decision is correct, we can provide mediclaim policy for those who are covered under ESIC or not covered under ESIC.
3) You need to contact such company who are providing mediclaim policy but you must deposit the ESIC contribution for those employeee who are covered under ESIC Act, 1948.
4) Mediclaim policy will be renew on yearly basis.

3) You need to contact such company who are providing mediclaim policy but you must deposit the ESIC contribution for those employeee who are covered under ESIC Act, 1948.
