Will you suggest me regarding the employee's death after eligible foe pension( 58 years completed ).is legal heir eligible for EDLI enefits. Asthe employee was getting pesion from last one year and would be going to retire on July2012. But before retirement he passed away.
So kindly suggest will he( legal heir ) will get EDLI benefits or not?
